Several news reports sent into us over the past week confirm the new Force Unleashed Commemorative Packs have been released here in Australia. With the new game from Lucasarts now with an official released date (September 17th on PS2, PS3, Xbox360, NDS, PSP,& Wii), each of the Three packs features exclusive cheat codes for use in game.

The first commemorative pack feature Darth Vader with two Imperial Incinerator Troopers, in their white armour with burnt red markings. Whilst the second pack has Emperor Palpatine flanked by metallic grey Shadow Troopers. There are tremors in the Force and it is building up to be unleashed very soon...check back later for some exciting news.

Two new Dark Horse comics arrive in stores today. In Legacy #23, the pirate Rav has nearly every bounty hunter in the galaxy looking for Cade Skywalker, but he never anticipated what would happen if Cade came looking for him. Scores will be settled the unfriendly way. Taking control of your future sometimes means cutting loose your past!

In the epic struggle for control of the galaxy, the Republic's clone trooper armies wage war with the droid legions of the Confederation. With the evil Count Dooku leading Separatist forces, it falls to Jedi such as Obi-Wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker, and even Master Yoda to lead the Republic to victory! See the Jedi Generals lead their clone troopers into battle.

In the Star Wars Clone Wars Photo Comic, a manga-sized volume that adapts the Clone Wars animated series to comics using images taken directly from the Emmy Award-winning show! Covering a seminal era in Star Wars history, these Cartoon Network episodes take on a whole new life as action-packed comic adventures!

With Luke and Leia captured Imperials, Ackbar considers sending a squad experimental starfighters to save the Rebellion's greatest heroes from certain death! Luke and Leia do their best to distract their captors from the rest of Rebels still loose in the facility. By the time Ackbar approves the rescue mission, there may be no one left to save. ANZAC Day, 25 April, marks the anniversary of the first major military action fought by Australian and New Zealand forces during the First World War. ANZAC stands for Australian and New Zealand Army Corps. The soldiers in those forces quickly became known as ANZACs, and the pride they soon took in that name endures to this day.  It is a day for Australian and New Zealanders to reflect on the past wars, their effects on our countries and the efforts of the men and women that served in these times of need.

They shall grow not old,
As we that are left grow old,
Age shall not weary them,
Nor the years condemn.

This week, Mousedroid was able to get a meeting with Brand Managers at Hasbro Australia. Whilst we are holding a few aces up our sleeves (for now), we are pleased to announce that we have confirmation on the local release dates and suggested retail prices on the two big vehicles in the 2008 Star Wars The Clone Wars and The Legacy Collections.

Prepare for the biggest jump into Hyperspace with the new 2.5 foot long Millennium Falcon, due for release in August for SRP AU$300. Sculpted by the designer of the original vintage Falcon play set. Also for release in August, to support of the Clone Wars movie, comes the AT-TE, SRP AU$200.  Look for the official unveilings at San Diego Comic Con.
