 Get ready for another year of Sci-Fi fan action with the first meeting of Melbourne Skyforce group this Saturday 13 February. Make an afternoon of it with the whole family, or pre-Valentines day outing with the better half, either way there is fun to be had for fans of all ages.
Venue: Whitley College, 50 The Avenue, Parkville
Time: 1pm to 5pm
Cost: $5.00 Members, $8.00 Non-Members
Free for children under 12.
Note: There is wheelchair and pram access.

neither have I. Just realised I cant make this as have a surfing lesson booked that day, but would love to go to another! Please post more in advance if you can people!

The organiser was a great guy and the people who got up to speak at the panel were an excellent bunch of people who really worked hard to organise and make it a great day. Full kudos to them, lovely bunch of people.
Sadly, it was utterly spoiled for me and wont be back due to amount of annoying and whinging opinionated gits who sat and talked through every bloody word of the panel, heckled, bitched and kept adding their own 'wit' to every f-ing comment.
Now I am a HUGE Star Wars geek but these guys was like the even worse cousin of simpsons ultra annoying comic book guy.
Some real sad a-holes in the audience (not all) but in particular 4 or 5 idiots.
What a shame.
